By creating a therapist account on MyoCircle, you agree to the following terms:

Professional Responsibility

You confirm that you are a qualified healthcare professional authorized to prescribe therapy or exercises within your professional scope of practice. You are solely responsible for all clinical decisions, diagnoses, and therapy recommendations made to your patients.

Use of the Platform

MyoCircle is a digital platform designed to assist therapists in prescribing exercises, monitoring patient engagement, and tracking therapy progress. The platform is intended to support, not replace, professional clinical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment.

Patient Safety

You agree to prescribe exercises appropriate to each patient’s condition and professional needs. Patients should be advised to discontinue exercises and seek appropriate medical care if they experience pain, injury, or adverse symptoms.

Patient Data & Privacy

You agree to obtain appropriate patient consent before enrolling them on the platform. Patient information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the MyoCircle Privacy Policy.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Platform Use and Modifications

MyoCircle reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue platform features, services, or access at any time to improve functionality, security, or user experience.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, and materials provided through MyoCircle are the intellectual property of MyoCircle and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

MyoCircle provides a technology platform intended to support therapy programs. Clinical decisions, diagnoses, and treatment outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the healthcare professional using the platform. MyoCircle shall not be liable for clinical outcomes or treatment decisions made by therapists.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
